Windsurfer Class Association of Australia Membership
You'll need to be a financial member of the WCAA Incorporated.
This provides you with Third Party Accident Insurance.

A Current Australian Sailing Number.
Under Australian Sailing rules that govern our sanctioned events, you must have a valid Australian Sailing Number.
This provides the necessary personal accident insurance clubs require for competitors, as mandated by Australia Sailing Rule 46.
Check if you have a current AS Number here:

If you are a member of an Australian Sailing affiliated club, you should have a current AS Number.
Once you find your number, click on DETAILS for your AS Number information. This will tell you who issued your number and if it's current.
If the membership details are blank, you don't have a current AS Number and you'll need to either ask your club, or join an AS affiliated club.
The other option is for the host Club to issue you wth a SailPass while you're competing at the Nationals. You can do this closer to the event. Parkdale YC can issue you this for the cost of $30 and it'll cover the duration of the event.
